About Liquiflo

Liquiflo Equipment Company is a division of Picut Industries. They are based out of Garwood, NJ and have been manufacturing exceptional pumps for more than 35 years. Since the company’s inception in 1972, they have built a reputation within the chemical industry. Their high-alloy gear pumps and centrifugal pumps are among the best available on the market. Liquiflo pumps have literally been used to pump thousands of different chemicals that many other pumps just aren’t designed to handle.

Applications

Though Liquiflo pumps are used in a variety of different industrial applications, they are primarily designed for use with chemicals. In addition, they will handle high-viscosity, high-pressure and high-temperature applications. Some of the materials chemical companies have processed with Liquiflo pumps include:

  • Acids
  • Viscous Fluids
  • Caustics
  • Corrosive Salts
  • Polymers
  • Solvents
  • Toxic, Noxious & Hazardous Liquids

These are the types of chemicals and dangerous liquids that you wouldn’t want to trust with any old pump. That’s why Liquiflo is the manufacturer of choice within the chemical industry!

Quality Construction

Because Liquiflo pumps are designed for the chemical industry, they are engineered and built to meet demanding requirements. Liquiflo uses high-grade materials and precision-engineered parts for maximum performance and durability despite harsh applications. This means more dependability, increased uptime, easier maintenance and maximum longevity.

Gear Pumps

When it comes to handling viscous materials, Liquiflo gear pumps are hard to beat. These are the most commonly used type of positive displacement pump. They are compact and designed to withstand high pressures, using contraction and expansion to move fluids at a predictable fixed rate.

Liquiflo produces five different series of gear pumps:

  • H-Series
  • 3-Series
  • Max-Series
  • 4-Series
  • 2-Series

Liquiflo gear pumps are constructed with high-alloy materials such as 316 Stainless Steel, Titanium and Alloy-C. They are available with a variety of different options and accessories to meet your specific application needs. Liquiflo gear pumps can be configured with packing, single- or double-mechanical seals or a magnetic drive set-up. Other options include temperature control jackets, variable speed drives, relief valves, repair kits, air motors, gear reducers, replacement cartridges and base plate mounting.

Liquiflo gear pumps make installation easy because no manual alignment is required between the pump and motor.

Centrifugal Pumps (Sealed & Seal-less Mag-Drive)

Liquiflo offers pumps designed with sealed and seal-less magnetic drive configurations. They are available in a variety of sizes. Seal-less mag-drive pumps meet AMSE, ANSI and ETFE standards. Whereas a traditional sealed centrifugal pump features a sealed drive system, a magnetic-driven pump eliminates the need for a seal. That makes it much simpler to install, maintain and operate. That is why seal-less magnetic drive pumps are becoming increasingly popular. Liquiflo is leading the way with innovative seal-less designs.

Whether sealed or seal-less, Liquiflo’s centrifugal pumps will deliver pulseless flows at higher flow rates than typical positive displacement pumps can achieve. Liquiflo provides two different lines of centrifugal pumps for different chemical applications:

  • Centry Series
  • Endura Series
