More Than A Distributor

DXP Pacific is the premier distributor for pumps and process equipment in Arizona, California, and Nevada. Since opening in 1987, we have been providing our customers with quality products, a wealth of knowledge, and unrivaled support.

We’re confident that we offer some of the best benefits in our industry. In addition to competitive pay, the following are examples of what we provide for our employees:

401(k) Plan

All full-time and part-time employees are immediately eligible to enroll in the plan. DXP Enterprises, Inc. will match 100% of employees’ contributions up to the first 3% of eligible pay and 50% of the next 2% of eligible pay that you defer when you participate in the plan.

Educational Support

Employees are eligible to choose from hundreds of courses as part of our push for ongoing personal and professional development. Depending on the grades earned, tuition may be reimbursed up to 100%. We also pay for books and help with the cost of parking. In some cases, we may also provide iPads for use during the academic term.

401(k)

We participate in a safe harbor 401(k) plan. Each year that our employees are eligible to participate in the plan, we contribute 3% of their compensation to their account whether or not the employee make contributions.
