HISTORY
Vertiflo Pump Company was founded in 1979. Their start was in designing, building and selling packaged lift stations. By 1981, they had become a recognized leader for vertical, sump, horizontal and self-priming pumps.

SEALLESS VERTICAL PUMPS
Vertiflo Pump Company offers several lines of sealless vertical pumps, ideally designed for conveying chemicals, sewage, water and slurries. They have five different bearing designs, shafts as wide as five inches and semi-open impellers for exceptional performance.
Series 600 – Industrial Vertical Process Pumps
Vertiflo’s line of vertical process pumps are excellent for paint systems, coolant systems, industrial spray washers, pollution control, filtration systems, spray booths and pickling/bonderizing. They are constructed of cast iron, 316 stainless steel and alloy 20. They can handle capacities up to 3000 GPM, heads up to 230 feet and temperatures up to 180 degrees Fahrenheit.
Series 700 – Industrial Vertical Sewage Ejector Pumps
Vertiflo’s industrial vertical sewage projector pumps can be utilized for rendering, processing, sanitation, industrial waste removal and pollution control. They are made of high-grade cast iron. They can handle capacities up to 1500 GPM, heads up to 100 feet and pit depths of up to 26 feet.
Series 800 – Industrial Vertical Immersion Sump Pump
Vertiflo produces some of the best immersion sump pumps on the market, which are ideal for a variety of applications like acids, hazardous, toxic and inflammable liquids, industrial processing, sump drainage, pollution control, clear liquids, cooling towers, condensate, corrosive liquids and flood control. They utilize cast iron, alloy 20, hastelloy, 316 stainless steel and CD4MCu in their construction for optimal quality and performance. These immersion sump pumps can handle capacities up to 3000 GPM, temperatures up to 350 degrees, pit depths up to 26 feet and heads up to 230 feet.
Series 900 – Industrial Vertical Immersion Vortex Sump Pumps
If you need a quality pump for textiles, oils, petroleum, pulp and paper, fragile food processing solids, chemical slurries or sewage or wastewater treatment, Vertiflo’s Series 900 pumps are for you. They are built for capacities up to 1600 GPM, temperatures up to 350 degrees, pit depths up to 26 feet and heads up to 170 feet. They are made of Alloy 20, CD4MCu, 316 stainless steel and cast iron.
Series 1100 – Industrial Vertical Cantilever Vortex Pumps
Applications for Vertiflo vertical cantilever vortex pumps include flood control, clay and water, black liquor, corrosive chemicals, process drainage, hazardous liquids, solids pumping, sump drainage, slurries, waste paper stock and iron ore slurry. With capacities up to 1600 GPM, shaft diameters of 5 inches, externally adjusting semi-open impellers, up to 6 feet in pump length, temperatures up to 400 degrees and heads up to 170 feet, these pumps are built to last. Cast iron, 27% chrome iron, 316 stainless steel, alloy 20, hastelloy and CD4mCu are used in the construction of these sturdy pumps.
Series 1200 – Industrial Vertical Cantilever Centrifugal Pumps
This pump line from Vertiflo is designed for use in industrial applications such as chemical slurries, paint, corrosive liquids, liquid process and wastewater conveyance. Construction is of high-grade cast iron, hastelloy, 316 stainless steel, CD4MCu and alloy 20. These pumps are built to handle heads up to 230 feet, capacities of 3000 GPM an temperatures up to 400 degrees thanks to shaft diameters of 5 inches and pump lengths of 6 feet.
SELF-PRIMING SOLIDS HANDLING PUMPS
Series 2100 – Industrial Trash & Solids Handling Self-Priming Centrifugal Pumps
Vertiflo designed the Series 2100 self-priming pumps for use when solids and slurries need to be conveyed. They are made to move wastewater, trash, sewage, sludge, liquids entrained with solids, pulp and paper, mining materials and meat packing waste. They are constructed with fitted CD4MCu, 316 stainless steel and cast iron. They can handle capacities up to 1300 GPM, suction lifts up to 25 feet, heads up to 112 feet. They are available in 3-inch, 4-inch and 6-inch sizes with up to 3 inches diameter spheres.
HORIZONTAL END SUCTION PUMPS
Vertiflo Pump Company offers several series of industrial horizontal end suction pumps. They are dependable and long-lasting, making them excellent for many different applications.
Series 1300 – Industrial Horizontal, Close-Coupled, End Suction Pumps
Vertiflo’s horizontal, close-coupled, end suction pumps are optimal for applications including chemicals, corrosive liquids, wastewater, pollution control, industrial process, clear liquids, deionized water, spray systems and other general pumping. They use cast iron, alloy 20, 316 stainless steel and CD4MCu in their construction to handle capacities up to 3600 GPM, temperatures up to 250 degrees and heads of up to 275 feet. They feature a semi-open impeller design with back pull-out construction and a packing or mechanical seal.
Series 1312 – Industrial Horizontal, Close-Coupled, End Suction Pumps
The 1312 model is available in two sizes, built for capacities up to 240 GPM and heads up to 160 feet. They are best utilizes in applications such as OEM, deionized water, chemicals, wash systems, general pump and process.
Series 1400 – Industrial Horizontal, Base-Mounted, End Suction Pumps
Vertiflo offers this line of base-mounted end suction pumps for conveying corrosive liquids, clear liquids, deionized water, spray systems, chemicals, industrial process, pollution control and other general pumping applications. Cast iron, CD4MCu and 316 stainless steel are utilized in the construction to handle capacities up to 3600 GPM, heads up to 275 feet and temperatures of up to 250 degrees. They also feature a semi-open impeller, back pull-out construction and packing or mechanical seal.
Series 1400LF – Industrial Horizontal, Base-Mounted, End Suction Pumps
This model is also available as a vertical wet pit pump. It is ideal for washdown, chemical process, condensate, boiler feed and spray washers. It is made with fitted bronze, ductile iron and 316 stainless steel. It is designed for capacities up to 50 GPM, heads up to 345 feet and temperatures up to 250 degrees. It features an external impeller adjustment and radial vane impeller for improved performance and durability.
Series 1500 & 1600 – Industrial Horizontal, Base-Mounted, End Suction Vortex Pumps
Vertiflo produces two series of horizontal, base-mounted, end suction vortex pumps for use in solids moving, slurries, pollution control, industrial process, wastewater treatment and food processing solids. They also feature back pull-out construction, external impeller adjustment, packing or mechanical seal and a fully recessed vortex impeller. They can handle capacities up to 1600 GPM, temperatures of 250 degrees and heads up to 170 feet. They are built with alloy 20, CD4MCu, 316 stainless steel and cast iron.
