Looking for a Specific Type of Pump?

Looking for a Specific Type of Pump?

The Williams pneumatic metering pumps are specifically designed to accurately inject many different chemicals to meet your specific requirements. They are constructed from 316 stainless steel materials to offer superior chemical compatibility and resistance in environments with low volumes and/or high pressures.  We offer many options in pumps making us confident we have the right pump for your needs.  We have plunger, diaphragm, and hydraulically actuated diaphragm pumps available.  All of our pumps include the MK XIIA Controller to generate pneumatic pulses that stroke the pump.

W Series Plunger Pumps

The Williams W Series pump precisely injects chemicals into a wide variety of your process applications. They are used to inject a catalyst into a reactor in a refinery or in offshore high volume batch dosage treatments (such as biocides for water and fuel treatments). The W Series pump is durable enough to deliver up to 90 GPH (336 l/hr) at pressures up to 2,500 psig (172 barg). They are constructed from corrosive resistant 316 stainless steel parts to last in even the harshest environments.  Williams’ pumps keep your processes going strong for longer.

Features

  • Flow rates range from 9 to 90 GPH (34 to 336 l/hr)
  • Discharge pressures can reach up to 3,450 psig (238 barg)
  • 100:1 turndown ratio
  • Variety of seal and plunger materials are available to meet your needs
  • Manual or automatic is offered with a solenoid valve
  • The pump cycle is completed with a dual acting pneumatic relay
  • Pneumatic pumps are the choice for FPSO (Floating, Production, Storage, and Operating) vessels because of their compact size and use of electrical power

V Series Plunger Pumps

The V Series of plunger pumps is a range of compact, self-contained, pneumatic metering pumps that have been designed for injecting many different kinds of chemicals. The pump comes with a MK XIIA Controller (pneumatic air motor) and has an adjustment knob allowing you to change the strokes per minute within a range of 3-45. The pump is also equipped with a micrometer adjustment that allows you to reduce the volume per stroke; a locking knob will engage once the desired volume is obtained.  Through the stroke length and stroke rate, the pump is able to achieve a 100:1 turndown to inject the precise amount of the chemical needed.

Features

  • Pneumatic operation
  • Constructed from materials that are corrosion resistant
  • High flow turndown
  • Increased reliability
  • Simple and easy maintenance
  • Worry-free installation
  • Intrinsically safe
  • Flows: up to 9 GPH (35 l/hr)
  • Discharge Pressure: 13,100 psig (903 barg)
  • Manual or automatic mode are offered with a solenoid valve

WILROY Series Hydraulically Diaphragm Pumps

The WILROY metering pump combines the Williams and Milton Roy pump technologies in order to use and highlight the best features from both designs.  This unique blend creates a new robust pump with specifically chosen features and already proven technology. The WILROY capitalizes on the hydraulically actuated diaphragm of the mROY® pump and the pneumatic drive of the Williams V Series plunger pump. This combination allows for chemical containment in a low maintenance diaphragm and has the added convenience of a high-turn down pneumatically operated pump with a 3-45 strokes per minute stroke rate.  It also has the ability to adjust to the amount of chemical that is injected to your precise measurements by using the volumetric adjustment knob.  Air is purged from the hydraulic oil with every stroke of the pump and this allows the hydraulic oil to be replenished through recirculation.  This also ensures repeatability and accuracy with every stroke of the pump.

Features

  • No leakage
  • Utilized a cartridge design approach
  • Constructed with a hydraulic bypass design
  • Contains a balanced flat disk diaphragm
  • Reconfiguration conversion kits are available
  • Pressure capabilities up to 3,000 psig (207 barg)
  • Available in two housing sizes
  • The sealed hydraulic system is maintenance free
  • Double diaphragm leak-detection options

CLD Series Low Pressure Diaphragm Pumps

The Pneumatic Diaphragm Metering Pump utilizes a diaphragm to separate it’s two components: a liquid chamber and an air chamber. The check valves on the suction (inlet) and discharge (outlet) ports determine the direction of flow in the liquid chamber.  The controller and the pump’s air chamber are connected by a pipe nipple.  The controller’s air/gas power supply enters and exhausts through the pipe nipple connector located in the air chamber.  Liquid suction pressure occurs when the controller exhausts the air/gas supply and, along with the return spring, forces the diaphragm backwards. The diaphragm is stopped when the end of its stem, which is connected to the air chamber side of the diaphragm, comes into contact with the end of the stroke adjuster.
