Sealless Design
The innovative design of these sealless pumps eliminates the need for mechanical seals or rubber seals that are prone to failure. All seals naturally wear out over time and this can lead to dangerous leaks or outside contaminants getting into the pump system. Magnetic-Drive System
ANSIMAG pumps use a magnetic-drive system that provides much more energy efficiency than standard mechanically driven pumps. The rear casing design eliminates eddy currents, which reduces heat and minimizes energy costs during operation. The magnetic drive system features hermetically sealed inner magnets that are completely isolated from the process fluid and will maintain magnetic integrity throughout the life of the pump.
ETFE-Lined Pumps
All wetted parts are molded ETFE components to prevent corrosion and abrasion from harsh chemicals and other hazardous process fluids. They can handle a wide range of corrosives and solvents up to 250°F (121°C) without any corrosion.
