What truly sets DXP apart is our people. Our clients would agree, and so do our amazing employees. One such team member is Traci De Luna, Office Manager for Turbo DXP, based in the Bay Area.
Getting the Job Done
Traci joined Turbo Machinery Repair more than 12 years ago, assuming the role of Office Manager in their Richmond office. She handles a wide variety of duties to help keep the company running strong, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, billing, purchase orders, payroll and general office management tasks. “Whatever they need me to do, I’ll take care of it!” Traci says.
Turbo was acquired by DXP in February of 2020. The transition has been especially tricky this year because of COVID-19, but Traci has enjoyed her time as a key member of the DXP family. She definitely agrees it’s our people that make the difference. Turbo was already well established with a sterling reputation for service, which is why DXP acquired this excellent company. Now, with the power and resources of DXP behind them, Traci and her team at Turbo DXP are able to rise to even higher levels of quality.
A Truly Dedicated Professional
Tracy has lived in the Bay Area her entire life, and she has been an accounting and human resources professional for 24 years. She has a master’s degree in accounting and business administration from the University of Phoenix, which she was able to earn while she was working full time. Traci’s exceptional skills and dedicated approach make her an invaluable part of Turbo DXP.
“I really do enjoy working with everybody here and all the people I interact with at DXP corporate and our Cortech DXP sister branches in Southern and Central California,” Traci says. “This is a good company to work for. There is a lot of knowledge at our company with 30-plus years of being in business. Things only got better when we were enhanced by the vast resources and wonderful culture of DXP.”
More About Traci
In her free time, Traci enjoys spending time with her four children. She has two girls and two boys, so cheerleading and football are the popular sports in her house. Traci has been heavily involved with the Pittsburg Junior Pirates football and cheer programs for more than 10 years. When she does have a little quiet time to herself, she enjoys curling up with a good book—crime novels in particular.
We’re so glad to have people like Traci De Luna as part of the extended DXP family. She and the team at Turbo DXP have been doing incredible work throughout Northern California.
